Hi, my name is Lafayette but most call me Lafa. I am proud to be a luxury agent with Nova Real Estate, and I bring a unique blend of passion and expertise to the realm of high-end property transactions. Reaching a significant milestone by selling a 6.4 million dollar estate in Dr. Phillips, Orlando, the highest recorded sale in the area. This impressive accomplishment highlights Lafayette’s expertise and success in the industry.

Before becoming a realtor, I was a real estate media creator. After doing that for over 10 years, I decided to make the change. I started my career during the Covid year..... yep I know, and as challenging as it was in the beginning, it taught me resilience in the real estate market. I am grateful for starting at that time because it taught me a lot.

My motivation to succeed is my family, they mean the world to me. My parents brought us here at a young age leaving everything behind in Brazil to give us a better life and they did. My goal is to one day give back to them and thank them for all of their sacrifices while providing for my family. 

I am an avid car guy and enjoy fast sports cars and anything that moves, I dream to one day to own a Ferrari as that's the car in my bucket list of cars.
